Ramona and Phil Evans own and operate Clear Spring Homestead B&B. The property was originally an 1100 acre grant from the King of England. The current home was built in 1838.

The house has six bedrooms with a mixture of beds per room and varied sizes of beds. We offer nights with or with out breakfast. Some clients just want a room only. We also offer whole house or individual room rentals. This is a great place for out of town families for weddings or other group get togethers.Studio

A commons room is available for business meetings, club activities, church functions and many other other opportunities.

We have one bedroom and bath that are a handicap facility. We have wi-fi, no tv and sorry no pets

We try to keep our rates very reasonable. We want everyone that wishes to be able to stay and not ‘break the bank’.

Everyone is welcome and visit the showroom of Phil’s woodturnings. Woodturnings by Phil is listed on the Artisans Center of Virginia- Harrisonburg/Rockingham Artisan Trail/ Artisan Studios
