The Society is committed to collecting, preserving, interpreting, and disseminating the unique history and heritage of Rappahannock. Co., promoting knowledge of the past for a better understanding of the future. Our many visitors are interested in genealogy.

Our museum contains artifacts concerning the many facets of life and residents of Rappahannock County.

We maintain a small gift shop containing Rappahannock made products along with maps and books relating to the county.
