Experience history at the Farm at Clover Hill.

The Farm at Clover Hill consists of 72+ acres of farmland nestled within the Rockland Historic District in Warren County Virginia. Established in 1781, the original 2 room log cabin portion of the farmhouse was expanded with a Ferderal style addition in the 1830’s. Later in the 1850’s, a Queen Anne section was added. At the turn of the 20th century, the house was used as a medical doctor’s office and residence.

For over 20 years, just prior to the current owners purchasing the property in 2014, the house was uninhabited and fell into major disrepair. After 3+ years of renovations, the farmhouse has been opened as a short term tourist rental (See “The Farm at Clover Hill at Currently paintings of local artist Charles R. Logan (deceased) are on display throughout the farmhouse and are available for purchase.

Future plans for the property include hosting events such as wedding, family reunions and meetings on the farm property

Currently the farm is home to an Angus cow/calf operation. Most recently, a hop yard was carved out of a section of the hay field where chinook and cascade varieties of hops are grown for local beer enthusiasts. A wild flower garden is also being established.
